The improvements you have made to the pictures are excellent

So much quicker and easier to upload, no more trying to get them down to the right size in pixels or in memory.

My main complaint with the site USED to be that the front page took an absolute age to load.......not any more!!!
The image sizes seem to of been dramatically reduced and thus resulting in the front page downloading reasonably quick over a 56k modem.
So thank you for addressing this issue
