It is already and option, I used that on my most recent listings, don't understand the problem.
It is an option only for fixed shipping price. It is not an option when you want to offer calculated shipping.. Fixed price is cool with USPS because in most cases the shipping charge varies very little (except with priority mail) but with UPS, shipping charge can vary as much as $10 USD (or more) among different zones! However, in order to offer UPS shipping on Ebid auction listings, you can NOT choose calculated shipping..
