As soon as I registered, I changed my password and then tried to upgrade to a silver account through Netbanx. It didn't work because when I tried to change my password, I accidently clicked the wrong button and so the change didn't actually happen. Now whenever I try to upgrade my account, it complains that I have to go directly from a merchant site. I am doing that because I'm clicking on the link found in the help section.

It still says this despite restarting, disconnecting, etc... what's going on!?
