OP a previous neg response refers to "working away". I think this seller might be rather careless about attending to his sales, and could have disappeared off somewhere. I don't believe pppay has a refund policy, does it? Doesn't it claim just to be a middle-man with no support? Did you fund the payment from a credit card? If so I'd contact them and set about getting your money back. And report the seller to support@ebid.tv

I noticed that in the f/b too - maybe not the best way to operate on an auction site is it?
I don't know anything about pppay other than the fact that I registered a year ago but have never used it since and just keep hearing scare stories
