Mark and Gazza with the current growth of eBid and influx of new buyers and sellers could you please take note of and review the polls listed here in your forums:

First impressions are very important and I am sure you already appreciate that. There are several very good comments in these threads that illustrate why your attention to these two problems of hidden bidding and flashing misleading R's visible in every auction need your immediate attention and change as soon as possible.

I ask you to review these threads not to be self serving, but because I really want to see this site succeed for the auction industry as a whole. While I know there are also other pressing issues here on eBid I think what buyers see should be at the top of the list because we need the buyers to come and be comfortable and bid and return to bid again and again in order for any of us to succeed as sellers and this site to succeed as a whole.

I am a strong supporter of the site and have promoted your site through a national article here in the USA and on internet blogs as recent as last week and through my Squidoo lens, etc. I am also an auction seller with 10 years of experience and a nearly 100% STR on eBay....where I still sell because I have a mortgage to pay monthly. I'd like to see that dependence on eBay change soon.

Please let us know if there is any chance these problems can be addressed. Thank you in advance for you consideration.

Hi Rainbowseeker, I just thought you should know that although they don't always reply on threads both Gazz and Mark browse the forums frequently and note things for possible improvements. These may not be implemented immediately but they do listen to what we say.
