Picture not showing up

I just got through listing my first dvd. I did pretty much the same as I do all my books, as a gallery auction and using photobucket direct url's for pics, but this time no picture showed up in the thumbnail listings. I have a seller+ account. I already emailed support about this but it was suggested I post here too.

Just to follow up in case this happens to someone else. Support responded very promptly and suggested I upload picture to ebid gallery then to listing and gratefully it worked. Through a bit of experimenting by listing another book my usual way and then listing another dvd I realized the only difference was that I was using "list the standard way" with books and I was using "list with pre-filled info" with the dvd's. For some reason it just didn't work this way. I prefer using my photobucket urls because it's less trouble than having to upload to ebid gallery too.

Maybe support will continue to work on this.

Don't know if anyone else would have this same issue but there you go.
