A Category for real estate would be nice. It should have sub-categories for houses, land, house leases, land leases, commercial and so on.

I thought that also as I have a couple of 5 acre parcels in Texas and Arizona USA I'ld like to move. Apparantly there is alot of legal problems to sell real estate here I was told. Nothing hard about transferring my land. Both sign and notarize, then record warranty deed (title) at land office. I would think our friends on the "rock" would like to have a place that's sunny to escape to in the rainy season. Britain's real estate is out of this world for prices according to what I've seen on tv. Heck I'll sell one 5 acre parcel for 15,000 Great investment or escape for cheap.

At lease a category for leases like hunting, fishing or camping would be helpful.

We couldn't do that on the UK site - laws here are very different!

We could, however, (possibly) have a special section where people could 'show' their property - land - whatever, with contact details, for things to be completed 'off-site' to conform with the laws of the country/state etc.

On Feebay, this costs £35 I think - but it is STRICTLY just for advertising contact details ( in UK anyway!)
