Default Trying to cancel my subscription

Unfortunately, ebid has not worked for me so I am trying to cancel my subscription. I have received over 50 emails as follows:

" The registered debit/credit card you have stored with eBid has now failed 10 times in a row when being put forward for payment for your eBid Security Subscriptions. Your status has been degraded to Buyer and selling privileges placed on hold."

I have followed the link that is supposed to allow me to cancel my subscription but I cannot see where this can be done. I am putting this on the forum as there is no other way of contacting ebid

Contacting eBid Support is easy. Just go to the HELP pages and click on the CONTACT US tab toward the top of the page.

See http://helpdesk.ebid.net/showpost.ph...16&postcount=2 for an explanation of the problems with payment.

You should be able to terminate your subscription from My eBid>My Subscriptions - but I cannot be sure on that. Failing that contact support to terminate your account.

Has anyone tried to contact support. It may be me not looking in the right place but I cannot find an email link. All I can find is this:

"We have 3 methods for aiding our members... Frequently Asked Questions, Via the Support Forums and after reading the FAQs and having posted a message in the forums without reply, you can contact us by email."

Did you just post without actually reading the replies already on this thread? You've been given the answers already.

I've actually contacted support twice this week with regard to separate issues to yours and I received personal not automoton replies within the same day. Naturally, you won't get an immediate reply as they probably work on a '1st come first serve' basis, so give them time to work through to you.

Hello OP. If you signed up for a subscription ( weekly?) and you then let the card paying the subscription lapse, you will owe money for all the times ebid was unable to collect the subscription. Eventually ebid will have had to put your account on hold, which will be why you can't access your 'my subscriptions' area now.
I recommend you contact ebid and discuss with them when your subscription can be considered as ending ( probably the day your account was suspended, and what should happen about the outstanding money you owe.
