Pulling email addys from paypal/darkside

In a couple of weeks i want to let all my previous customers from the other site know that ive moved here.(When ive got a damn sight more listings than currently).
Is there an easy way of getting email addys from paypal?
Or do i have to do it one by one?
Also going to pm 400 plus people via the dark side's own messaging system...

Go to your Paypal history and download the your history into Excel. You can do it month by month.
