According to your about me page http://uk.nine.ebid.net/perl/normal....heir-all-about you don't have any stores. Did you put your items into your store? If not it's probably gone off line because it was empty.

If you go to your "my ebid" are you seeing your store definition under "my ebid stores"? And if so, do they say "offline". If they do, first thing is to put them online, then go to one of your auctions "auctions I'm running" and click edit - then select the store and sub-cat and save changes. Once you've done all that (assuming it all works!) you should have an online store with a single item in - you can then check your sig link before you go any further.

Your store's active again, but the store link isn't finding it...possibly because it's still empty, but we'll take it a step at a time.

You've succeeded in regenerating your store by putting it online. Now you need to get something in it. Did you do the "edit" bit on one of your auctions, and did you do the "save changes" when you'd finished?

Okay, you've got the store working and an item in it (so now you can just put the rest in as you have time) but the sig link's not working because you seem to have changed your store name. It's now bobyjo-jewelry-real-gems-solid-gold where before it was only bobyjo-jewelry. Change the link in your sig to the new name and you should be sorted!
