Newbie - Help with paying for goods

Hi, I joined ebid yesterday, I've never been on any forum before so this is a whole new experience for me!!!!
I am looking for a little help, I purchased 2 items yesterday on 'Buy it now' from the same auction, I sent a request for combined postage invoice, my problem is I cannot find out how to get back into find if I have had a reply & where to go to pay for the goods. (I don't want to get a 'black' mark on my 1st venture into this 'new world'). Can anyone give me some guidance?

Hiya and welcome to ebid

if you go into your my ebid (you will see it up the top along with the other icons)

Your should be able to view everything from there,



Once in your ebid along the top you will see these icons,
Bidding On (0)
Won (0)
Received Bids (0)
Sold (0)
Q&A (0)
Feedback Duty (0

You can click on each to view status ect, notice the Q&A that's the icon you can click on to view your questions and answers to sellers and buyers alike

Also check your emails as ebid normally send you an email (if you have opted for it) when you get a reply to your ?, also when a seller sends you an invoic

When your seller sends an invoice you will get an e/mail confirmation, some lucky sellers dont work weekends so it should come tomorrow.
If you click my Ebid then auctions i bid on ,click the item you bought and you will see a drop down list of how things are progressing the last entry will probally be your invoice request.

Hello Lindylou & a huge welcome to ebid

If you go into "my ebid"....then the grey "won" tab.

Click on the auction that you have won.

The auction will open....scroll down, and you will see if your question has been answered.

In any event.....don't make payment until the seller has been in contact or sent an invoice

Many thanks to you all for your swift responses, I think I know what I should now be doing, I just did not want to 'boo boo' on my 1st transaction.
If I can't sort it tomorrow I will be back, that is not a threat it's a promise!!!
