The page just refreshes and the log in page reappears even though I tick the 'Keep me logged in' button.

Try clearing your cookies, that's always the first thing that I do when having trouble with a site and it is surprising how many times it cures the problem.

Thanks for the reply, I have already tried that with no avail, I have even shut down the comp and restarted it.

I will come back to it later as I need some food now!

Hmm, strange.. If you click on My eBid does it let you through or ask you to log in?
If you use the browser firefox try logging in on internet explorer instead maybe?
I'm not sure what could be the problem

Got it sorted, I was using the calender on windows earlier and accidentally set it to October!

Now its set back to September it will let me log in
