Thanks somerset,, don't think i will bother support though it's only 2p pmsl. they have been negged though, they now have 10 negs pmsl
Looks like my in-laws have been shopping.
looks like we have at least two auction wreckers in that case.... my one is on 13 negs
Somerset they banned her once and then let her back on to do it again........ seems she is waiting for a cheque book.........I would change banks if i was her, a month and a half I been waiting and still getting excuses
Are we sure that all these newbies aren't just confused and struggling with a different system, before we hammer them, I mean we are trying to attract new people here.

Ken - I have similar concerns, I have a non-payer that is a newbie. I have sent an invoice and now 2 payment reminders over the last week and received zilch communication back. I hate to leave a neg, but it looks inevitable. I think newbies here might be under the false impression that they can easily get another account if they cack up the first one.

As I mentioned before on a different thread, remember that some member's emails from Ebid end up in their spam folder (It happened to me when I first started here, until I added Ebid to my address book). Why not send a direct email and see if you get any response that way.
I did that to one newbie - something along the lines of "It's nearly a week since you won the item and to date I have not received payment........" I got an almost instant apologetic reply and had to help him through the payment process.
Obviously, the situation is slightly different if you can see the negs rolling in rapidly from different sellers as is the case here, but please don't treat all newbies the same, just because they are new.
BTW, it goes the other way round as well. I purchased multiple items from a new seller and he couldn't figure out how to do a combined invoice. Low value items, he sent me 3 invoices deducting a good amount of p&p on 2 of them. I got back to him and talked him through the process of doing a combined invoice. No point in giving paypal 3 lots of transaction charges!
You also have to remeber that just because they may have their first neg, it may be because the first seller was a bit trigger happy, no need to exacerbate the problem, always try and communicate first and give them time to respond, after all a completed sale a week or two later is a potential long term customer gained, patience is the key.
