Problems setting up/opening store

I've done all the steps, with everything in place, but can't figure out how to make my store go "live." It says "offline" on the screen and I change it to online but that doesn't seem to do it.

I already have auction items, and I have a ton of stuff I want to move over from my ebay store but need to get this thing open first. Will someone please tell me where the "On" button is?? Thanks!

Have you tried putting the items in the store while its not 'live' and then making it 'online?

Try listing an item, you will get the option to include it in your store if everything is ok. You can't add items to an "offline" store.

Have you set all the categories within your store?

Well, I set up MY categories in the store,which have different working than the official ebid wording...

Have you actually put any items in your store? You can edit existing items and select the store and category for them.

I've just had a peep on the US site

I can see 10 auctions.....but no store

When you set your store "online" did you go right to the bottom of the page & update store details?

Hi go to my ebid at top - then my ebid stores down right hand side - select the store you wish to configure they will drop down just click on the store title - then in the store section 2 select store status as online, edit select update store details, job done your store should then be live and you can add items to it when you list an item

THERE IS NO ACTIVATE STORE BUTTON!! That's what I've been trying to tell you. None. Nada. Nyet. It just shows the 3 areas that need to be completed, which I've done, but then there's nowhere to active the store. Not at the top of the page, not at the bottom, no where.

The only choice-button I have is in section 1, and that is to delete the store. So where the he// IS that activate button and why can't I see it on my screen?
