Another user here on there way over from feebay. By the time feebay's new charges come into effect I would have ended all my listings & closed my shop. Then I'll be stocking my ebid shop & opening for business (I'll sell mostly records & CD's from my own collection).

I'm actually quite excited about coming over to ebid. People on feebay that are positive about the feebay changes are telling the likes of me to 'see the changes as a challenge' & 'adapt to make it work'. But one look at the new fees against the type of shop I run & anyone with even a modicum of sense can see it's not going to work out.

I'm looking forward to the challenge of starting again over here, promoting the shop in the same way I did for the one on feebay & hopefully making more & more people aware of ebid. It's all good from here my fellow ebidders

    Default Me too

With the rising fees and not liking the idea of being "hung out on a hook" as far as their feedback goes, I too have made the switch from feebay.

Opened a store here on Ebid already, just gotta get everything else moved over slowly but surely.

I'd seen mention of an "auction migration tool" - anything like that exist? I tried the bulk lister but it gave me a couple of errors. Rather not have to list hundreds of Heroclix like 1 at a time

I just jumped shipped two days ago. I, too, had never heard of Ebid either. Same with me--went into Ebay forums after not going in for years--and it is nuts on there. I, too, am leaving 8400 positives and 10 years of selling behind and slowly transferring over here. Tough decision--because sales and customers have been very good on Ebay. It took me 10 years to come to the point of frustration. Not only the Paypal only rule--nor the 12 percent final value fee on a $1 book. N0--that wasn't enough. My turning point came when they went into beta testing--didn't tell most of us. Stuck us with it and the system is set to let us opt our---but doesn't work. Now I can't relist auctions easily--or more importantly NOW--end a listing easily! And believe me--I am ending tons of listings and bringing them here! I've been at Ebid a whopping 48 hours and so far I love the user friendliness--but am not crazy about the ISBN barcode system (since all I mainly list is books by the thousands) Seems most books aren't in there and when they are no stock pic or description of the book comes up. I am missing something? Even though I make a living on the computer I am not so great at it. I notice several other Ebid booksellers do have pics and the descriptions. Wondering if those are coming from them or the "system." BUT such a minor concern/complaint. Love it hear so far!

Hi to all the other escapees.....I'm still in the process of moving everything over to here. It's a bit scary starting over but I am really looking forward to getting settled in and enjoying my new 'home'.

I've been using the bulk lister too. It takes a bit of learning (a lot in my case) but stick with it. It works well when you know how.
