I just finished my first auction. The AAL popped up and I opted for the "Send invoice" option in the box, but HOW THE HECK do you send it? There was no "Send" button, no nothing. I just stared at the window for 10 minutes trying to find anything I could click on to send the invoice (or do anything offered in that box). Someone please tell me the magic formula?

Hello Newble, from your sold page, if you select the 'i' (invoice option) next to the listing's title a window should open showing the invoice. At the bottom of that page is an option to send a copy to your email address and an options just to send to the buyer. If you've already tried this option please say as someone else might be able to make a better suggestion.

Hi Alan, as you are a Seller, & have sold via a standard auction (as opposed to a platinum one) you need to make the invoice yourself,
I think you can send one from your google checkout account, or just send an email one, with details of your payment options.

Hi To use eBid's invoicing system you need to have seller+ status, as seller you will need to send your own invoice to the buyer.

If I am a seller+ does this mean my auctions are platinum as standard? Or do I need to do something to make them this way?
