Thread: Ebay is on it's knees

  1. #1

Thumbs up Ebay is on it's knees

Check out this link. The greedy bosses of ebay are driving away the very people (myself included) who made it what it is today. What a golden oppertunity for ebid. I hope they grasp it with both hands.

Hello opelman. Your link takes me to a Guardian page telling me that there is something wrong with the link.

They're offering a new one I've never seen before - multiple listings for the price of one. That looks like hardly anyone is listing to me. If they've done some mega deal with the major retailers then you can bet the profits for fleeBay will be minimal, big retailers don't give anything away.
My auctions: video games, photography stuff, miniature wargaming hobby bits and pieces

It does make you wonder, doesn't it.

Isn't it entirely consistent with the reported push to move feebay to a big corporate box-shifting heaven? Encourage people who have multiple widgets to flog, disadvantage the small, interesting, sellers? *

    * er... the sellers themselves can be any size, of course, not just short.
