I don't know if this has been metioned before but what about creating a squidoo page about your items, listings ebid in general.

I've made a 'lens' as squidoo call it. it's a bit basic for now but i'll add to it and develop it. My squidoo is about my items on ebid and trying to refer more people here to ebid.

I'd not heard of squidoo. Is it much known/used? I shall have a paddle about now you've pointed it out. Did you know, by the way, that your ebid links on there aren't links? Anyway, thanks for the info', on my way...

Thanks bykimbo. I'll see if I can find out how to change those links that aren't links into real links! LOL that sounds confusing

Well I have asked all my friends and family - and none of them have heard of squidoo!

So I'm afraid I'll stick to facebook etc.
