Las week I was fit to be tied (as we say in the U.S.). Nothing was going right, and having all sorts of problems with eBid and a seller. I finally got so mad that I posted it on the glitches forum. It wasn't two minutes before Mark requested my support ticket number. Where else but eBid would that happen? Thank you Mark. Oh and by the way I have two more support tickets filed. Reluctantly, as I get so frustrated dealing with the support team or person or whoever it is.
