Las week I was fit to be tied (as we say in the U.S.). Nothing was going right, and having all sorts of problems with eBid and a seller. I finally got so mad that I posted it on the glitches forum. It wasn't two minutes before Mark requested my support ticket number. Where else but eBid would that happen? Thank you Mark. Oh and by the way I have two more support tickets filed. Reluctantly, as I get so frustrated dealing with the support team or person or whoever it is.

But, I did want to make my praise known, so once again, Thank You.

I Agree, my NPB of last week is now history, and the problem with the person selling me a carton of jewelry cleaners and shipping me one cleaner, is history as well.

I concur. Administration here seems to be excellent. For example, the adviva problem yesterday. It hit me too and i was getting peeved but chose not to post about a glitch because by this time I've come to see that most problems are addressed QUICKLY. It's simply a quandary thinking about whether or not to bring something to admin's attention; it's not exactly a hopeless whine most of the time.
