WELL I HAVE READ YOUR COMMENTS,
some good ones some not sure about, ( prcelain figures in a jiffy bag )
well the long and the short is this,
we are now sorted, after rufunding the buyers payment TWICE,
with an explination, I have received the correct payment that I had put on the invoice,
The buyers reason for sending the same payment twice,
EBID postage calculator, showed her what to pay,
As I always try to give the buyers the better part in a deal, ( I want them to come back ) I take a small hit on the packaging, and a little on the shipping,
But this one was been difficult, £4.30 instead of £12.00,
But there you go, sorted, hope it don’t get lost,,,,,
Just to give you a laugh, well it give me one,
They ended up,
Paying it twice, so I have had to make another refund,,
Are, bless em,
If your listing states 'not known' for USA postage and asks buyers to contact you first then i would refund the incorrect paypal payment and issue an invoice with the correct amount. I use the 'not known' option for international listings too as it isn't practical to weight and price my 4000 items for the various international destinations. I've made many sales abroad and only once has a buyer tried to pay me less postage. I was able to sort things out quickly and amicably, i'm sure you can too if you give a fair quote ands keep the correpondence friendly.
