I will vote for once a day.
I normally bump my thread once a day after I've finished the day's listing, although that doesn't necesarily mean that there is 24 hours between posts. Sometimes I'm done with listing by 10 am and sometimes it's 3 or 4 pm.

On Tazbar they have a "Plug" forum with no replies/edits/deletions permitted and a limit of 1 thread per username per 24 hours. Something like that would solve all the arguments and would be fair.

There has been a long-standing problem with over-posting, double- and triple-posting of same items on the "other side" ... most of their category-specific groups have issued a once-a-week-rule or they're banned from posting altogether.

I wouldn't mind seeing new plugs once a week, but no more, please!
