    Have to say I do frequent the forums both here and "there", and do my best to offer good advice when I can on both sites... along with a subtle advert for how things could be so much nicer for them! (i.e. their problem may never have existed here) Of course, due to business paranoia, one isn't even allowed to mention by name any competitor over on those forums (unless it's in a bad light, then the rules seem to be different) so it's often the case that someone will send a private message asking what site I'm talking about.

    Seems there are a lot of unnecessary problems going on over there at the moment, in a way one almost feels sorry for them being shut out from anything not feeBay related.

    Ebid admin are absolutely fantastic.
    Credited fees for a non paying bidder within 10 minutes of me sending the request.
