This is my leg the night it happened, can't believe how swollen it was

I left there thinking perhaps I was being a baby and wasting their time. Wasn't until 2 days later I had my foot up and saw for myself how bruised it was I realised just how bad it was. Still can't walk on it properly now, even a few steps hurts like hell.

Casualty looked like something from Beirut, it was disgraceful, the seats were all ripped and it looked really shoddy. I know they are doing building work but surely it should be better than that.

I'm waiting on another appt so hopefully I'll get somewhere this time, but yep I think it's close on 3 yrs and still no further forward

We have the memory foam mattress topper and it moves gradually throughout the night until one of us is almost on the original mattress and the other one is kinda bouncing around in mid air

no idea what to do about it..... just pull it straight each day...... not stopping using it cos sooo comfy

but yes gets on me nerves too
What about putting velcro tabs on it to secure it to mattress...Just an idea

These toppers sound brilliant..another 'must look into buying' project

We tried that ourselves and it didn't work. Also tried sewing loops of elastic so it kinda tied around the mattress but that didn't help either.

    They are fantastic

In my case it's not the topper that moves but the sheets. I think I will have to get some flat sheets and hope that helps.

The trouble is our bed is in use for about 16 hours of the day
