Not a clue, but perhaps you could add the photograph to the listing and let them see for themselves?

Could do, but that will take me time and they seem to want them now lol. I hope someone can help. I have no idea about things like this although I think I should do a bit more as I sell them

It's a 3" pencil pleat that can also be used as a 3 box pleat...

    Hi Sarah

It's difficult to tell really, but that's a standard 3" rufflette tape.

(tab tops & eyelets don't have rufflette)

The other "types" refer to the fabric, not the tape.

Can u take another pic, a bit more distant, from the right side...and i'll be able to let you know.

    Cheers Sarah

Yup, the fabric looks flat, so the rufflette hasn't "been pulled".

They can be made into whichever kind of pleat the buyer needs.....pencil being the most popular. Box pleats take a lot of practice to get right, ie. dividing the width of the fabric by the size of the pleat, so that they are all the same size iykwim lol

Basically, it's flat tape...on flat fabric, so it hasn't been "shaped" into anything yet.
