Domestic & International Postage Costs

I was wondering whether it is possible to add the following to the postage category?

Domestic Postage Costs > Other (see description)
International Postage Costs > Other (see description)

By adding these categories, it will help sellers to direct buyers to the item description to read more about item postage cost.

For example: I would like to ask buyers to contact me with their correct shipping address to enable me to calculate their correct postage costs.
