Are they ever gonna realize that those policy changes is not pleasing their sellers?

but earlier today I'm sure they were in the 670,000's, I checked Private Betam's listings and they haven't changed since last night, this has all been today, maybe it's because you haven't been listing Sergeant Major
There's another large, US user who edits their auctions in the same incomprehensible manner as betamonline; they just don't usually do it at the same time.

Why can't they just export the data > edit it > transfer it to the bulk uploader > delete the running listings > upload the edited listings?

Removing their listings for a couple of days while they fanny about doesn't do their business any favours. I know I'm not alone in having put items on my watch list and then, when I'm ready to buy, I've gone back and they're no longer there.

More importantly, as they account for such a large percentage of the total listing figures, it makes the sites look unstable which hurts ALL our businesses.

I quite agree. People start asking questions everytime it happens! This thread appeared yesterday.

You've already told her that she isn't allowed to link to an e-commerce enabled site, so, there's not much else you can do.

Don't worry, nobody will think it's you. Using the wrong link seems to be a common mistake. The 'my eBid > auctions I'm running' link is generic. Anyone clicking on the link will be taken to their OWN auctions, via their own 'my eBid' page as you can't get to another user's 'my eBid' page through a link. Hope that made sense.
