Oh and people in mobility scooters in my local Market.....

motorised wheelchair that drive on the road instead of the pavement on the narrow roads around us, so that all the traffic has to slow to 3mph because we can't overtake them....

I'm sure that all the wheelchair,mobility scooter users would love to be able to live their lives without inconveniencing you. My wife certainly would.

don't get me wrong blue I am not against motorised wheelchairs, what I am against are those with no number plates, that are therefore not insured for on road use using the road instead of the pavement, and who seem to think they own the road, and I dont mean just when the pavement is full but all the time. some just pull out to over take a parked car without looking to see if it is safe to do so.

What happens if they either cause or are involved in an accident, they are breaking the law. I'm sorry but bottom line is they are not road Vehicles and therefor should not be on the road
