Hi!

I'd like to suggest moving "Section 4" to the top of the "Start a New Auction" page, i.e. making it "Section 1" instead. The reason for this is that options in other sections depend on what we choose in this one, some fields become locked/unlocked, some options are/aren't allowed etc. This way after we get to "Section 4" we have to go back to previous sections to do the amendments, sometimes more than once, which is annoying and inconvenient.
