hi All
new to this site, and i want to start selling. I know i have to upgrade to a seller status . I was thinking of the lifetime of £49.99
can someone just clarify for me: If i pay £49.99 i can list as many items, as many times, no fees for the rest of my life??? sounds too good to be true
any help will be great as i really want to get away from the other selling site (Ebay) who have lost their minds at the moment, thanks

yes 49.99 gives you 5 shops to use and you can list thousands of items
as soon as you join go into your my ebid and set up defaults so you either list for free or like most of us use gallery and only pay 2% fvf ONLY WHEN ITEM SELLS

If you pay the 49.99, then you have the ability to list for the rest of your life with no more listing fees or final value fees, just make sure your auctions are set to free.
Most of us use the gallery option, which is still free to list and we only pay a 2%fvf when/if it sells.
I know what you mean, if something seems to good to be true then normally it is, but the lifetime is an exception to the rule.

Use the gallery as i think a lot of buyers just skip through the pics.Watch out for the £1 auto relist as well.

I noticed that the seller lifetime for UK sellers is £49.99. However the US, Canada, Australia is $49.99 & Ireland €49.99.

the uk is already established as a auction site
the other sites are fairly new
so they get a better discount on joining up to help boost those countries sites
Uk users are paying twice as much. £49.99 = $102 U.S

try spec savers or better still do a business course and when you come across advertising your business you might get it explained
