Thread: charge for gallery

  1. #1

    Default charge for gallery

i dont know if this is a good idea or not but when looking for stuff to buy you have to click on the writing, and you then see a picture, now i find this a pain. i would much sooner see a picture on the gallery.is there any way that it could be arranged so that once the item sold the fee for the gallery could be paid then, this may encourage more people to sell this way what do you think?

    rajah,

I don't understand what you mean, I have just done a test on 6 auctions, and clicked on the picture, and it took me straight to the item.

Did I mis-understand what you meant?

Using the gallery incurs a very small fee but only if the item sells . It is up to individual sellers if they want to incorporate gallery into their listings

Most have gallery its maybe a new seller testing the water before commiting themselves.
Its what you get for free a basic no frills listing.

Gallery is free if you sign up for lifetime seller plus, compared to feebay fees you'd soon get your money's worth.

No gallery is 2% if you have Seller+ membership, but only when the item sells.

Do you maybe have a listing as an example so we can check? It's also possible that your browser is not loading the pictures fully even if they are there
