I'm sorry but this is ridiculous, The whole point of going through paypal is for secure payment, Surely they qualify their users or are they a gateway for internet fraud? I have also had the same experience...why does the site not insist on proof of despatch before payment is issued. electronic payment is instantaneous while delivery takes a while.

Paypoo has no connection with eBid it is a product of another website. Lik most other auction sites eBid is just a venue, and the transaction is between the buyer and seller. However unlike the other website eBid is HOT on kicking out scammers; so if you do have problems this is the link you need to report them to support@ebid.tv

hi if using paypal make sure the money comes from a credit card as this gives you the buyer protection against fraud it all depends on how much your spending and what the sellers feedback is like , i don`t like paypal as a buyer or seller but some people , like it
