My son is down for the weekend and i cant beleive how much weight his lost, he looks so much better for it, he has fruit for breakfast and lunch and a proper meal for tea, he has stoped all the nibbles, thing is, he has just be measured up for his uniform and they told him he cant put any weight on, so he has to keep it off lol

shezz when i was dieting breakfast was fruit lunch was fruit or a salad and a normal meal with the rest of the family in the evening. I was very disciplined about not eating any nibbles (sweet or savoury) and it really worked. Somehow can't get myself "disciplined" to do it again though.
