Guys I just wanted you to know I left the group for personal reasons. I need to use my typing time on Listing rather then chatting! Due to my Arthritic Flare ups. Also I am house hunting (with each house taking a 130-160 mile round trip to look at (Even if we do 3-4 ) Its taking its toll on time and energy. Got so much stuff to sort and try to get rid of before moving too. Good luck with your venture (See My fingers are hurting already just typing this!)

Hi everyone,

Quick update. Although I've tried about 25 times to get the Mall listed on the 'Second Pages' Web-site (Virtual "Yellow Pages" for SL Businesses), and I've tried all three browser's I have, (and tried last night and today), I have been unsuccessful in managing to get our detals listed. Have a wide variety of errors, such as "No Category Chosen" (although I have), and others.

Just didn't want anyone who knows I was going to do this, think I had forgotten. LOL

Hi Simon,
I didnt know you landed in Mulans sky box.I am sure she would understand as she is very clever and understands the complications of SL building.Rezzing into other peoples sky boxes is your party trick now,LOL.It is embarassing though.I have not rezzed a sky box since i landed inside Mrs Hamnidas work box.I was mortified.

Sorry i did not get back to the mall last night.Well done on the survey sign up.I will do that later too.

With regards to the second pages,maybe they do not update it daily or it is a glitch.If you have made the lindens payment and they have taken it, it maybe worth an email to Lindens.

I ended up speaking with BD for three hours last night.A very knowledgeable person re SL and and extremely intelligent.I was shown some intresting very popular shopping places which have given me some ideas re promotion and business potential.I will tell you later.I have to do some reading first too.There are some things i need to take into consideration.

Hi everyone!

On to the final stages now.. becomming more exciting with each day.

Michaela - It wasn't Mulan's sky box. I fell out of my own builders box, and went on her land. Couldn't fly out though, as it's a 'no fly' place so had to port out. Mulan showed me round again last night. She told me that she will eject Group Members from her land (as is the custom in some places) but promised she wouldn't ban anyone.

Yes, the Survey thing looks good. In fact I may put a notecard up on my own 512 plot for now, and get some refferals to gain L$ until I have time to develop the land.

I'll try 'Second Pages' again later. It's not owned by Lindens as far as I can make out.

Sounds interesting about BD. Be interested to learn more later. (I've got to experiment with the Texture Optimiser today for the advert logos, so I may be in 'Busy' mode again). Sorry I sometimes forget to swith 'Busy Mode' off.

Many thanks for your support with the Project by joining the Group! We are getting several new members everyday now, and some that only heard of eBid because of the SL Porject, so we must be doing something right!

Kait, is it alright for me to add your eBid listing links, and a couple of words about the sort of things you sell, to the notecard we give out? Please let me know, and I will be happy to do so. Notecard V5 will be completed sometime tomorrow, so it'd be great to get yours in too with that update.

Notecard giving: (and you're not at all thick! Many of the things in SL are VERY quirky and take some getting used to!). OK call up your INVENTORY (Bottom right of screen). In the grey box directly below the word 'File', type in the name (or part of the name) of the Notecard you're looking for. When you see it in your INV, just drag it from your INV onto the Avatar you want to give it to. (Don't worry, you will still keep a copy in your INV too). Just make sure no other Avatar darts in front, just as you release the Mouse button after dragging. I've done this in the past, and ended up giving virtual roses to someone other than I'd intended to

Don't forget to come and say 'Hi' sometime! I'd love to meet you and I'm sure the others would too. I'm Ignatius Lytton by the way.
