I just had too many NPBs who apparently paid me with pppay but never completed.

I went shopping to empty my pppay account - bought beads and my seller carefully sold me just the right number to empty the account for me. (note to self.. must do something other than just admire those beads)

I got a reply from eBid about paying fees with money in ones PPPay account and they say it cant be done.

Bummer.
