One of the features of the feedback system on this site is the ability to update f/b if necessary. I also value the management's stance on spiteful, retaliatory feedback - it will not be tolerated.
I hope that people new to the site will feel confident enough to use the f/b system.
its a catch 22 sometimes regarding feedback, you start off a newbie so try build up your reputation with the feedback, and as soon as someone has paid they have done there side so i send feedback, but when you dont get it returned from someone thats bought a few articles,has a lot of feedback so not a newbie doesnt reply to mail asking if they were recieved etc, but find they have sent feedback elsewhere can be really annoying, so what can you do?,im not a vindictive person but just hate ignorant people, and really gets me angry, ok moan over now, happy valentines day :-) xxx

I always leave feedback but find my returned feedback for my sales is approxiamatley 75%.I do not worry about it.I am just happy with the sales.However julesjems I do agree it can come across as a little rude.

i to always leave feedback for buyers or sellers. i have just started on here so would apreciate as much feedback as i can get to let any potential buyers know i am a trusted seller so it looks like i need to sell some more low priced items to establish myself first, but also still waiting for feedback from a seller that i probably will not receive. so we all in the same boat i think, waiting and hoping everyone will be like us!!!
i have had new buyers i leave fb as soon as i get paid and have had glowing fb straight away
