cant leave feedback ???

Hiya

hopefully someone can help

ive recieved a neg from someone regarding a purchase back in DEC

I sent payment twice and they 'claim' they never recieved the payments

I communicated with them regarding payments and now i log in to find they have left me a NEG and claiming i never reply to email , payment reminders etc (i always keep buyers and sellers informed!)

I have a 100% buying record here and at feebay so this has really p!$$ed me off

I went to leave there feedback to allow buyers to see both sides of the story and found i cannot leave feedback for this person

I feel its unfair that my feedback has been wrecked over this and im not even allowed leave my version of events

Are they mixing you up with someone else? Why can't you leave feedback? is it a glytch?

not sure why i cant leave feedback - everytime i leave my comment and press save it says I left 0 feedback comments and it doesnt save it ???? Ive tried umpteen times now maybe its because they have filed a NPB and its banned me from leaving a neg in return which i feel is unfair .

really annoying me now as well

Hope G or M can sort it out so i can at least leave my comments/version of events

It sounds like G & M have put in an enhancement to stop non payers leaving feedback- which is great if used properly. However in this case something has gone wrong.
Email G & M with copies of correspondence, links to AAL, payment details etc.. maybe they can step in to help.
