A buyer for one of my items placed a bid in error when she actually wanted to purchase via BuyNow. The buyer had made previous purchases from me and I was happy to make the sale via BuyNow.
I opened a support ticket to request the eBid team to cancel the bid and went for a cup of tea. To my amazement, on my return a short time later, I had received emails from the team informing me they had cancelled the bid as requested.
I had read on the forums about the great support on eBid and can certainly confirm this to be the case.
