Hi, BT have used the remote assistance on my computer, the person that is using it can control your computer from there end, veiw anything and also fix or delete anything Unfortunatly for me the BT employee was a plonker from India who had found a new toy but thats another story.
My computer died on friday morning so I have had to re-instate my old one running windows Me with IE6.Guess what,the editor is working!
I have given up trying to list at the moment as it is taking ages to list one item. Same problem as before. Everything has to be listed as new item not able to sell similar as going from HTML and WYSIWYG it reverts back to previous script. I am using IE7. I have done a lot of housekeeping ie unused software, icons, got rid of BT Help which was a major drag, re-installed Norton etc etc Computer works much faster and better now but still useless for listing. I have used remote assistance many times and I am happy if Gazza etc want to do a link please email me

Just got new 'pute' set up running xp with ie7.Guess what? It's working!
