If you carry an illegal gun whether real or fake it is for intimidation of others at the very least.The police cant know immediatley whether its real or fake and cant risk the injury or death of others.The man shouldnt have had a gun whether real or fake in the first place.Then he wouldnt have got shot.We all have to take responsibility for our own actions

he wasnt just shot he was killed.. it may have been a legal gun. we do not know as of yet
if he was just carrying the gun, i/m/o there is no need to shoot to kill
