I imagine its difficult for the EBID management to monitor all listings, as it effects all honest sellers i think maybe we could all help by reporting any suspicious auctions as some members already do.

Yes, that reporting is worthwhile as management act quickly on it.

Can someone else take a look at the following auction ( and others by the same seller). On a separate auction which is now closed I asked for feedback refs- got no reply. On the following auction, Check out the q & A. the seller has changed the pic- but the new pic she's just taken has a feebay watermark?

I feel that if a seller is on the up and up with what they are selling they will welcome questions --- this seller seems to not like questions being ask.

I gave ebid admin some links and they've decided to suspend the user. (special thanks to Miss Marple - you know who you are! for finding some interesting info for me!)
This user has already sold a TV to someone and the user was also listing for sale a laptop, ugg boots, sky digibox, nokia 95 and games consol. I am very pleased ebid have suspended them before they do any damage.

If anyone out there has considered hitting the 'report this auction' button but has been worried they're wrong. put your reasosn in the exaplaination box on the report form so ebid can make the final decision ( i'm sure they don't just suspend someone because we hit the report button- or else there would be chaos!) and remember in the above case, If the seller had been 'innocent' they would have had no problem giving answers to questions, and providing real photos of their listings.
