    Default Cancelling my membership

    Pah!! I must be going blind!!

    Is there anywhere on here where I can cancel my membership, or do I have to go through the contact us option for that to happen?

    I would especially like to make sure that they remove my card details!!

    You can either downgrade via my subscriptions, or to totally remove your details, contact support support@ebid.tv or via the contact us page

    Cant believe there isn't a simple process to cancel membership, I thought this was amazing because of no fees, just checked my bank and another £13 been taken without even emailing me an invoice!! I haven't sold a thing or listed an item in ages because this place is pants!! I look forward to my account being closed!! back to ebay, might pay to list but at least people look at my items and I make a profit!!

    I think the fault here is yours not ebids. You must have set up a subscription which by definition is recurring. Only the person who set up the subscription can cancel it. You can do this by going into your 'my sibscriptions' area on ebid and downgrading from seller+ ( which you must have subscribed to) to either seller or buyer level.

    Why not sort out why you are having to pay those fees. Then give Ebid another chance. If you look at the threads on the other site, things are not so good there for sales due to all the tests and changes. At least here you do not have to pay if you do not have a sale.

    I agree.

    Why hold eBid responsible, when the User has obvioulsy signed-up for 'Recurring' payment themselves? Doesn't make any sense at all.
