and let me get this straight, you rent a book send it back and you just pay postage? keep the book and obviously you have to pay for the cost of the book

so i can either keep the book and pay for it, or send it bak and the pay the postage again

a hardback book at £2 to rent, plus say £3 pound postage and i decide to keep = £5 for a book

that same book i decide to send back, get a refund on the book, but its cost me £3 postage to my house and £3 back, so im paying an extra pound than renting and i end up with no book

or.....i could go to the library, rent a book for free or i could go to the charity shop, pay £2 - £4 for the lastest best seller, and then give the book back to charity shop, so they can make more money for a good cause

It was called "my book your book" and it closed a while ago because it didn't get enough traffic, QCpots. It's a good idea but the postage on books is too high for it to work except for people in very rural areas.

I think I'll pass on that one, Virgin's customer service in both their gyms and credit card are very poor. In the gym the staff you see face to face are very good, but their is no attempt to keep the facilities up to a good or acceptable standard. They took over the gym I use over 2 years ago, the only thing that needed urgent attention were the showers; everything else has been upgraded apart from that despite promises that it was going to be done urgently. As for the credit card they are grab grab grab like feebay/peepal.

I agree with Manostar on this! Its a bit pointless! Why is anyone going to pay X amount of money to Rent a book that you can walk down to the local library and Rent for free with No costs?

PS I claim rights to Rent a watch! You can rent my Omega for a week! etc etc! Better still Rent my Computer Only £100 P and P.
