    I got an email back which i only ashume is an auto message as it had NO personal touch what so ever and they do not deal with each case individual else they would know not to send me a message telling me WHAT I ALREADY KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There attitude is - oh well **** happens run along and come back in 12 months when suspension is up (12 months!! pmsl wtf) they also have the cheek to say "sorry we cannot give EXACT details as to how the account is in some way connected to yours" we live in the same bloody house i could tell them that...but lets look at a few things ebay are to STUPID to realise...Registered name is different from mine, Registered email address is different from mine, the CARD registered to ebay IS NOT IN MY NAME!!! so how the frickity do can they say this bull****. I sent them a very very very snotty message today not that they will care as they have NO customer concern or care.

    I also got unpaid item strike today - yep can pay OR message them to explain!!! also got things needing to be sent but cannot MESSAGE the member to explain so they see it as we've done a runner!! so then i do look a total idiot - ebay people probably just laugh and find it so amazingly funny!! like every time i see there stupid bloody advert on the tv i think HEY I PAID FOR THIS RUBBISH TO BE ON MY TELLY!!!!!!! i hate the place..i would bomb it if i could to be honest i have had nothing but problems from them!!!!!!!! they cant be arsed to sort peoples accounts..so it encourages suspended people to register again...then again then again..so they make themselves work with the chasing of suspended members...they need to learn how to SOLVE A PROBLEM!!

    SORRY still a little ****ed off with it all

    Wow! I can feel your frustration. Sorry you've had to go through that. Hopefully you'll be able to trade succesfully without the bay

    its horror story after horror story from feebay, i came over from there a couple of months ago and have had no problems at all, have been made to feel welcome in the forums, any queries ive had, have been answered very quickly and very positively, obviously the sales arent as numerous as yet, but the way things are going at feebay, ebid can only get better

    Got this from Espit on Saturday. Don't think it will get you reinstated, or fees repaid, but it could be fun phoning and annoying them.

    You can now call our customer support team on 0208 605 3217 between :-
    -9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
    -11am and 5pm Saturdays
    to ask about anything from payment problems to feedback.
    I expect the number will be engaged all day and every day, and the Telephone Exchange will have a meltdown from the number of people trying to access the number.

    Go girl you call em and annoy them, but I recon the phone will be off the hook during those hours, or if you are lucky to get through even though its an 0208 number they could have hidden call charges and youd end up with the cost of the call.
