Once we can replicate the problem we will be able to fix. We are doing everything we know at the moment to see what is wrong.

The problem is that the problem is a problem to only one person, unless we were sitting at that persons computer viewing the problem then we are unable to fix the problem straight away.

4 people so far have experienced this prob, I fixed mine about a month ago but cant remember what i did to fix it , I think I deleted my problem Default and affected auctions.. I will have a go and see if I can recreate it

I would still update TMCE to v2.1.2 i think your on V2.1.1.1

We're updating to 2.1.2 at the moment, also employing the gzip compressor to make the editor load faster. That will hopefully do the trick. Will have to wait and see.
