Cyberdosh Super Sell Out is back and the following people have already stated their interest in taking part in the Bingo Bash. Until the Bingo Bash has been fully organised, I still need 30 items listed for the promotion we have running online and in print. Could the following people please list 5 items using the NYK code. No prizes, no competition, just month 2 of the Super Sell Out, which now has it's own thread in this promotions forum. Can you please make sure that all your items are available to all countries, otherwise they will not show up in the NYK search.

Hi NYK.
I'm just doing the Toy Crazy Bingo Bash (TCBB) not the Cyberdosh super sell out. The scheduled start button isn't working for me just now (have posted a thread for Gazza) so unless its fixed asap I will either have to list my 6 TCBB items late Sunday night, or on Monday evening when I get in.
Hi Susan,
I thought the Bingo Bash was replacing the Sellout for October so here is the deal --
I do not have my computer but should have the first of next week. I have been without one for almost a week now. I have borrowed the use of someone else's to do a little catch up.
If it is ok I will list my 5 NYK items next week. Sorry about this but I didn't get them ready and I can't do it without a computer.
I have the TCBB items listed, pulled offline and will have someone repost them for me to get them on. That is not how I wanted to do it but I will make it work since I couldn't get them to set up for a later start date.
Maybe you will be able to find them as I won't be able to send you the ID#s.
The best to all on the Bingo Bash and the Super Sellout.
Peggy

In wake of eBid's announcement relating to the £2000 marketing challenge, I think we could squeeze in an extra November challenge by incorporating the previously suggested Children in Need theme. We will still run with the monthly Cyberdosh chart but I think each site owner should run their own mini-recruitment drive to help raise funds through eBid. The following people have all got their own eBid dedicated websites already linked to Cyberdosh, so I'd like to hear from those of you who want to take part. I'll also add details onto the Cyberdosh site to alert anyone who doesn't venture into these forums.

If we could generate 50 new sign-ups among us during the month of December, it would be a great boost to both eBid and the fundraising for Children in Need. eBid has already provided us with a relevant category, so let's get this loco-promo show on the road. Who's up for this challenge?

I Emailed BBC to ask for permission to use the logo on my auction listings and my website and this is their reply:
NO YOU CAN'T (edited version)
I'm just a work now and going straight out, so I just wanted to post this quick message to see what you think - NYK - I take it we can still do auctions through eBid, but just can't use the logo in them or to promote them? Does this mean that Gazza will have to remove the Children in Need category?

Perhaps point out to Watchdog the restrictive practice of the BBC thereby reducing Children in Needs income owing to eBay's inflated charges

No, eBid does not have to remove the charity listing. It is up to every fundraiser taking part to promote what they are doing and to raise funds in whatever way possible. If we choose not to use eBay (are they dropping all listing fees, paypal fees and affiliate payments on the CIN listings or are they profiteering from the expected influx of charity listings?) then that is our prerogative. anyone can go onto the BBC website to register their intentions and download a poster for their own legitimate use.
