writing description help needed

You would of thought i had the hang of writing descriptions by now

But today i cant seem to get the listing page to behave lol

when i went to add my description its shows the html ?



any ideas what im doing wrong ? ive tried going to defaults and picking wysiwyg but its the same there

Just went to check if editing auctions is ok and i cannot edit them either

not formating buttons showing just the html ? code

This is really doing my head now - i dont have many days i can list and as usual when i get a spare day - something goes wrong

Sorry it's no help to you but mine are set to show plain text & they do.
I tried changing to WYSIWYG advanced in my defaults & it changed ok.

In your image you can see that you're using the advanced WYSIWYG editor (it just not what you're seeing).

Maybe it's something to do with the database changes being made.

I really dont know what to do now Gazza was reading this thread a while back , but didnt offer any help/advice

Tried just about everything now

cleared cookies etc

restarted computer

refreshed page

still no go

I cant even edit anything (im poo at understanding html)

I can cope with missing ebid emails , i can cope with missing images every now and again but if i cant use the wysiwyg editior

This happens to me from time to time. Try adding a picture (more than once, if necessary) - it seems to refresh the page somehow.
