I am posting this here to ask people not to bid on Dean's Auctions at present. He has been seriously ill, and is on a slow recovery. His brother is supposed to be trying to sort things out, but it could take time. I think the account will be temporarily suspended as soon as arrangements can be made..

I bid on some seeds and got no answer to my email. Not usual for him. I checked and he had 3 neg FB. That's not like him at all either. I got in touch with Ann, used to be Ideal on here, and she phoned him. He hasn't been on the computer for a while, so didn't know.
Pity to get 3 negs after 948 positives.

Surely if you list somewhere you have a responsibility to check it from time to time at least weekly should catch most situations.

Ken, when I say seriously ill, I mean just that. I'm sure the auctions were the last thing on his mind. If he wasn't well enough to get on the PC to read and answer emails from old friends, then he certainly wouldn't be dealing with the auctions.
HannaHolly I did PM both of the buyers explaining the circumstances. That was before I posted this thread. Didn't get any answers though.
