Do we still have server problems? I think we must have!

It's taking ages for pages to load, and on an almost daily basis i'm finding one part or another of the site won't display never mind talk of spending money on advertising. people can't sell if they can't list, and more importantly- people can't buy if they can't load the site. I've tried switching browsers; i've tried clearing my cache and doing other maint on my pc, but as other sites load fine - the problem still appears to be ebids. Gazza when is this issue going to be resolved?

Hi HannaHolly. I'm having the same problems and have been for some time. I know my ISP caps users in the evenings but I can still use other sites with ease but not ebid. Every page takes absolutely ages to load and I keep getting an 'error 500' message now when relisting. It is really annoying.

I have been having the same type of problems on the US site.

I thought it was just my pc...
every other site loads OK...but I have been trying to list loads of stuff and it is taking my so long I feel like I am running a marathon.
I keep giving up and coming back later in the hopes it will be better...but still the same.

have been having trouble for a while too

when the forums load easily then I find the site dies a death and takes too long for me to be bothered waiting...... and vice versa

I can't get into 'my ebid'- getting the 'page cannot be displayed message. I sent tow buyers from amazon here today because they wanted to purchase multiple books from me- I have no idea if they managed to access the site Come on ebid- get a grip - you're costing me sales!!

September 07 has been my worst selling month on ebid - since i started selling here 2+ years ago. On Amazon I've just had my best month of the year, so it's not a seasonal trend. I believe that site downtime and inaccessibility has been a major factor in this drop in sales.

The site is behaving very badly - but admin can't even be bothered to reply to this.. how ebay-like!!!
