Does the new bulk uploader not accept photobucket urls?

I've just had 35 auctions ( with photobucket urls) rejected by the uploader because "xx image is invalid. Ensure images are viewable at all times.". The images ARE all viewable.

It's considerably quicker to upload batches of photos to photobucket- than the individual way we have to do it on ebid, plus on photobucket i can organise them. The previous uploader accepted them- so i'm at a loss to why this version isn't?

I'm having to upload the auctions without pics for now - which is a bit pointless really

I've tried two uploads Gazza just in case I was picking the 'wrong' photobucket urls:

Whilst on the photo subject - there is is stilla problem with image.ebid.net and five.ebid.net urls not being updated to six.ebid.net. Here's an example url:

http://uk.four.ebid.net/perl/auction...9-1&mo=auction

EDIT. The image.net and five.net url html problem could be my fault - for my bulk uploads i've been using an offline tempate with the old html in it. I'll delete all my 'old' tempates. Are you able to do a global fix for me or do i need to edit my recent uploads individually?

Hi Val,

The reason your images aren't uploading is because the URLs you gave are for individual web pages, not individual images.

eg.
http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c1...t=fjglhjoi.jpg
this is a webpage.

If you look in the right column you will see a "Direct Link", this is the URL you need to use
http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c1...s/fjglhjoi.jpg

Thanks very much for your help. i recalled i'd had a problem with urls once before- but couldn't see where i was going wrong. I've managed to do a 'find and replace' to change the urls and (hopefully) i am uploading as we speak
