Exclamation NatWest Secure? (Stuck in the middle of activation - please help!)

I was trying to upgrade to Silver on the Netbanx page, and it came up with NatWest Secure:

What is this and can I cancel it if I decide I don't want to use it?

It seems that I can opt out of it, but I don't know what to do.

I'm in the middle of registering, so if anyone can help, then please help me ASAP!

    Thanks.

I'm new here from eBay and I'm just getting used to everything, so if something goes a bit wrong, then please bear with me and I will do my utmost to sort it out.

I have bought items on eBay, but I find the fees are too high to sell on there with.

What? I clicked on activate and it's charging me £1:

The service is free, but then again, eBid is supposed to be free to join, isn't it? So I'm completely confused and stuck

Please help - I can't go anywhere until I know what's going on because I'm stuck in the middle of this process

If you opt for Silver status, a £1.00 debit instruction will be sent to test your card. The amount will NOT be debited and this will be confirmed.

Phew. As long as you're sure.

Why doesn't it say so though?

Thanks for your help *breathes sigh of relief*
